  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • kimchi
  • canned tuna
  • roasted seaweed flakes
  • avocado
  • sautéed carrots
  • sautéed spinach
  • sautéed zucchini

Instructions

  1. Mix hot cooked rice with unsalted butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the egg sunny side up.
  3. Place the fried egg on top of the buttered rice in the serving bowl.
