Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the edges.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
