- ¼ cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Prepare the Berry Filling: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat. Cook until thickened (5-7 minutes), then cool.
- Make the Cream Filling: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Assemble Croissants: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into triangles. Place a tablespoon each of berry and cream filling on wide end of each triangle. Roll up and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Brush croissants with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
