  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, chop bell pepper and slice onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives, and feta cheese.
