- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with vegetable oil, brown sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir shredded zucchini into the dry ingredients; then add the wet mixture and combine gently.

- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
