  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles gently into the dough.
  7. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  8. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared sheets and press extra chocolate chips and sprinkles on top.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
