  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes). Mix in softened butter, sugar, egg, and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms; knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl covered with a cloth; let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for filling; roll out dough into a rectangle and spread Biscoff cookie butter over it. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice into equal pieces (about 12). Let rise again for 30 minutes in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. For frosting, beat together softened cream cheese and Biscoff cookie butter; gradually add powdered sugar and milk to desired consistency.
