  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 33 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup blackberry filling (reserved from filling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry filling by cooking blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and warm water in a saucepan until thickened. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, activate yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar until foamy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, salt, and pudding mix. Add the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually mix in flour until dough forms; knead until smooth.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it.
  6. Evenly distribute blackberry filling and sprinkle brown sugar mixed with cinnamon on top.
  7. Roll tightly into a log shape and cut into equal pieces.
