- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup milk (soy or any plant-based alternative)
- 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup, small pinch of salt, 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler.
- In a jar, layer fresh raspberries at the bottom, add the blended oat mixture on top, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
