Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or any plant-based alternative)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus more for serving)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup, small pinch of salt, 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler.
  3. In a jar, layer fresh raspberries at the bottom, add the blended oat mixture on top, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
