  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (56 peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and flour until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and mix. Add diced butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
