Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Sugar
  • Melted butter
  • Cream cheese

  • Heavy cream
  • Agar-agar powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini muffin tins and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  2. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and mix in agar-agar powder.
  3. Spoon or pipe the filling over the cooled crusts. Smooth the tops and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
