  • 12 graham crackers (broken in half)
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Break graham crackers in half and place on a lined baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and flatten each onto a cracker.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil until smooth.
  5. Coat each cracker with melted chocolate and let excess run off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt peanut butter chips with remaining vegetable oil; drizzle over chocolate-coated crackers.
