  • 12 corn tortillas

  • Guacamole (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the flank steak for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for about 4-6 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
