- Pour the carrot cake mixture into the prepared pan.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and flour, mixing well. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream until smooth. Pour over the carrot cake layer.
