  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 1 cup turbinado or powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together spices and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, SunButter, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute until melted; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour rice Chex into a large mixing bowl and add the melted mixture, stirring gently to coat each piece.
  4. Add the spice-sugar mixture over the coated cereal and toss until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate for about 4 hours to set.
