Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pickles, for serving
- Ketchup, for serving
- Mustard, for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well and remove from heat.
- Slice slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls and top with cheddar cheese slices. Place the top halves on.
- Brush melted butter over each roll top; sprinkle sesame seeds if desired. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing into individual sliders and serve warm with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
