  • 28 oz frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; season as desired.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned beef, frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with additional shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
