- 6 slices deli chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until even.
- Arrange the chicken slices evenly across the pastry.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the pastry in half and press lightly to seal; cut into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
- Twist each strip gently and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Brush each twist with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
