  • 14 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.333 head red cabbage, sliced
  • 4 small carrots, grated
  • 0.25 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 0.25 cup red apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup stir-fry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine red cabbage, grated carrots, coleslaw dressing, red apple vinegar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground chicken until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add stir-fry sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Shape wonton wrappers into taco forms using an inverted muffin tin.
  5. Bake the shaped wontons in the preheated oven for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Fill each wonton shell with chicken filling and top with cold slaw before serving.
