  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together room-temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour; mix until just combined.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Use your thumb to create a well in each cookie.
  5. Bake for about 12 minutes. If needed, press down the centers again after baking.
  6. For the fudge filling, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously; then mix in mint extract and spoon into cookie wells.
  7. Melt chocolate almond bark and drizzle over cooled cookies.
