- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup Brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend instant coffee in a food processor until powdery. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined. Gently incorporate chocolate chips.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
