Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then chop them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and greens.
  2. In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, then add minced garlic until fragrant.
