- ¼ cup creamy salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- 4 drops red food coloring
- 4 drops blue food coloring
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 3 cups water (divided, or as needed)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover for 20 minutes. Cool under cold water before peeling.
- Prepare filling: Cut boiled eggs in half, remove yolks, mash yolks in a bowl. Mix in salad dressing, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
