  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour; mix until well combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches) and spread softened butter over it.
  5. Sprinkle cranberries, brown sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon evenly across the buttered dough.
  6. Roll tightly from one long edge and cut into 12 equal pieces; place in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange zest; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
