- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour; mix until well combined.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches) and spread softened butter over it.
