- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Thaw and warm broccoli florets in the microwave for about 5 minutes; drain well and cut into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the broccoli with half of the cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, egg, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter; evenly distribute over the top of the casserole.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
