- 12 oz penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti

Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, season chicken with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika; cook briefly.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and sliced chicken; adjust with reserved pasta water if necessary.
