  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • Pita chips or tortilla chips, cucumber slices, veggies, baguettes, french bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth using an electric hand mixer.
  3. Fold in thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and dried minced onion until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and spread evenly.
