- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- 5 cups organic chicken stock

- Fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Sea salt + black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
- 2 cups organic kale, de-stemmed + chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Cook until browned on both sides (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from pot.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and thyme until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in seasoning blend and flour to make a roux (about 2 minutes). Gradually add chicken stock while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Add gnocchi; cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir shredded chicken back in with lemon juice and zest. Slowly mix in heavy cream and add chopped kale. Simmer for additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
