  • 2 lemons (one sliced, one juiced)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Sea salt + black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups organic kale, de-stemmed + chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Cook until browned on both sides (6-7 minutes per side). Remove from pot.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and thyme until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  3. Stir in seasoning blend and flour to make a roux (about 2 minutes). Gradually add chicken stock while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add gnocchi; cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Stir shredded chicken back in with lemon juice and zest. Slowly mix in heavy cream and add chopped kale. Simmer for additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
