- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 85g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 bunch dill (10g), finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley (15g), finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, finely chop the tomatoes and add them.
- Mix in the red onion, minced garlic, lemon zest, dill, parsley, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
