Description

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Coat each piece of salmon in the cornstarch mixture until fully covered.
  5. Arrange coated salmon on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix Greek yogurt and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl for the dipping sauce.
  7. Serve hot with the dipping sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
