- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup frozen peas

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
