Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs

- 2 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans and great northern beans (drained)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the chicken to your slow cooker and stir well.
- Place the chicken on top of the mixture, ensuring it's covered.
