- 2 pounds steak (sirloin or chuck), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 6 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.
