  • 2 pounds steak (sirloin or chuck), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and steak pieces to the crockpot.
  3. Mix in the onion, garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top; cover until melted.
  7. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
