  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the mixture.
  3. Cook on high for 1.5 hours until melted.
  4. Stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
