  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions in a rice cooker and fluff it once done.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, mayonnaise, and Sriracha until smooth.
  3. Dice the cucumber and avocado into small pieces and chop the cilantro.
