  • 3 T taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning until well combined and transfer to the greased pie pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream and eggs; add salsa, 1 cup of cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper until smooth.
