  • ¼ teaspoon red-pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts; pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red-pepper flakes.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
