- For Topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
- Gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth; place in a greased bowl and let rise covered in a warm area for about 1-2 hours.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix, roll tightly into a log, and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and allow to rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
