Ingredients
- 32 oz marinara sauce
- ½ pound ground turkey or beef
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey or beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheese until blended.
