  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Easter Mini Eggs (Cadbury or Lindt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just mixed. Then add milk chocolate chips and mini eggs.
  5. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking pan and press extra mini eggs on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are golden but center is still chewy.
  7. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
