  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the sliced scallions, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top each piece with about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for approximately 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and diced turkey bacon over the chicken, then return to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
