Instructions

  1. Prepare the blueberry mixture by heating blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan until thickened.
  2. For the cookie dough, cream together softened butter and sugars, then mix in an egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients gradually.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
