  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftover)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, mixed vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and remove from heat.
