  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp green pesto
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped basil, shredded zucchini, mozzarella cheese, and green pesto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Form the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs using your hands.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a little oil. Place the meatballs in the pan and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes before flipping them to cook evenly on all sides. Optionally, cook each side for an additional minute for extra crispiness.
