- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)
- Salt and pepper (to taste for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté diced bell peppers and onions in olive oil until softened; set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, remaining olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add cooled veggies and mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into 4-5 mini loaves and place them on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and brush over each loaf.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.
