  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 pound ground turkey (93/7)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced bell peppers and onions in olive oil until softened; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, remaining olive oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add cooled veggies and mix gently.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4-5 mini loaves and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Whisk together glaze ingredients and brush over each loaf.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.
