Ingredients

  • Mini pumpkins (4-6)
  • Ground turkey or chicken (1 pound)
  • Bell peppers, diced (1 cup)
  • Onion, chopped (1 medium)
  • Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • Tomato sauce (1 cup)
  • Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

Instructions
