  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free) (for frosting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for frosting)
  • 35 tablespoons eggnog (for frosting)
  • 12 tablespoons cornstarch (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream unsalted butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add egg yolks, vanilla extract, and eggnog to the butter mixture; mix until combined.
