  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots (optional, for crunch)
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Add sliced chicken and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (5-6 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; season to taste and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  5. Assemble bowls by dividing noodles, topping with creamy sauce, chicken strips, green onions, and sesame seeds.
