- 2 cans diced green chilies (one spicy, one mild)
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- Sliced jalapeños (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion and garlic and draining the beans and corn.

- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
