  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and uncooked instant rice; mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish evenly.

  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes without lifting the foil.
